PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pay with any Credit or Debit Card via Stripe (a secure online payment gateway)
QUICK QUOTE
The Quick a Quote option is available to all our customers and will not be processed as an order until a payment has been received for the quotation. To quick a quote select the QUICK QUOTE button in your Cart before checkout.
ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
- Cancellation requests may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Orders for customized products are not cancellable.
- FAJ will not hold orders more than 15 days beyond the acknowledged ship/collection date.
ORDER PRICES & PAYMENT TERMS
- FAJ is based in the United Arab Emirates.
- All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Payment in advance for all orders is required.
- FAJ will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED Currency. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment method then the details on the Customer’s ID (Cardholder ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
- In case of any disputes, the law applicable would be based on the United Arab Emirates Governing Law.
LEAD TIME & BACKORDER
Some products can be subject to an 8-30 week lead time. While we make an effort to keep this information up to date on the site, if this information is important to you we would suggest communicating with our support team for further information and a more accurate ETA for your specific order.
VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX)
As per the new Government Law of the United Arab Emirates, Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable at the rate of 5% as of 1st January 2018. From that date, VAT will apply to the majority of transactions of goods and services supplied in the UAE by any person/business required to be registered for VAT.
EXPORT ORDERS
Freight terms are Ex-Works Dubai, U.A.E unless otherwise stated. Please contact us via our “contact us” form for shipping quotes or to arrange collection with your freight forwarder. Please provide details of your order. We suggest using our QUICK QUOTE button to generate a quotation so we can provide accurate shipping/delivery costs if you require. Payment in advance is required on all export orders. Payment may be made via any of the PAYMENT OPTIONS listed above. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local charges and taxes.
SHIPMENTS
FAJ will ship per your instructions. When no shipping instructions are provided, FAJ will ship via the best means available. Shipping charges, including freight, insurance fees, and forwarding costs, will be added to your invoice. Please also see the EXPORT ORDERS section above for additional details.
